Known as "Scottie Mac," Scott Macdonell is the Founder of SM Sports Agency and a certified NFL PA Contract Advisor. A former wide receiver who played collegiately and in the CFL, Scott brings firsthand playing experience and elite industry knowledge to every client relationship he builds.
Jamill "Millz" Smith
Co-Founder & Recruiting and Exposure Specialist
Known as "Millz," Jamill Smith is a Co-Founder of SM Sports Agency and our Recruiting and Exposure Specialist. A former college football player who went on to compete in the CFL for several years, Millz brings firsthand knowledge of what it takes to make it at the highest levels of the game. Beyond connecting athletes with opportunities, Millz does extensive personal work and training with our athletes — preparing them physically and mentally for the next level, from high school all the way through retirement.
Jawon Craig
Director of Recruiting & Defensive Line Development
Jawon Craig serves as SM Sports Agency's Director of Recruiting & Defensive Line Development. With a keen eye for talent and a hands-on approach to player development, Jawon bridges the gap between identifying prospects and building elite defensive linemen. He works closely with athletes at every level to refine their technique, enhance their recruiting profiles, and position them for success at the next level.
Logan Weaver
Athlete Advisor & Camp Director
Logan Weaver serves as Athlete Advisor and handles athlete personal development at SM Sports Agency. He runs our pro camps, athlete camps, and youth camps — creating real exposure opportunities for players at every level. Logan comes from a strong sports background, having played football for over 10 years. He is also the owner of IndyRecruit, an all-in-one social media exposure company dedicated to getting athletes seen by the right people.
